LITTLE CODE d.o.o., along with all its organizational units and employees, is committed to fulfilling the obligation to protect the personal data of data subjects in accordance with the Law on the Implementation of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) NN 42/2018 and the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016, on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data.

The personal data of our data subjects—employees, clients, external collaborators, and business partners—are not to be made available to third legal and physical persons without their consent. In case of any errors in the protection of personal data, the data subject and the Data Protection Agency (DPA) will be informed, and LITTLE CODE d.o.o. will take all available measures to minimize the negative impact on the data subjects.

Introduction

At LITTLE CODE d.o.o., all data that we collect, process, store, or transmit relating to individuals (data subjects) must be appropriately protected from unauthorized access or malicious alterations. When obtaining, storing, processing, or transmitting information related to data subjects, we must at all times respect their wishes and rights to privacy. All employees who come into contact with data subjects’ data are familiar with the rules of individual privacy protection and are obligated to sign a Confidentiality Statement committing them to responsibility in case of contributing to a data breach.

Collected data of data subjects are stored appropriately, in accordance with the law, ensuring all organizational, technical, and programmatic protective measures in line with their confidentiality. All data must be protected from loss, destruction, alteration/falsification, manipulation, and unauthorized access, as well as unauthorized disclosure. Collected data will not be transferred to third parties without legal basis or explicit consent from the data subjects.

Privacy protection goals

LITTLE CODE d.o.o. will:

  • Use methods that will enable the understanding of privacy risks for examinees in data.
  • Undertake all measures in personal data protection of examinees in terms of data protection and control.
  • Preserve the integrity of examinees’ personal data.
  • Apply the confirmed terms of privacy in continuity.
  • Make sure that data controllers and supervisors adhere to the Code of conduct.
  • Make sure that the privacy will not negatively affect the providing of a service to a client-user.

Terms of privacy

  • An Assessment will be conducted on the effect on the privacy for all systems and processes dealing in collecting, handling, and storing of personal data.
  • Employees will be aware of and in charge for adhering to privacy requests imposed upon them.
  • Financial funding for appropriate privacy monitoring activities in operational and project management processes will be provided.
  • Statements on the status of data protection will be at disposal to everyone at LITTLE CODE d.o.o.
  • Actions that may lead the organization to violate laws and regulations will not be tolerated.

Responsibility

All managers are responsible for ensuring that workers under their supervision protect information in accordance with the organization’s standards. Every manager and worker has a responsibility for privacy as part of performing their duties.

Implementation

All individual policies related to privacy, their principles, and guidelines are an integral part of this policy. This policy and its provisions become mandatory for every employee of LITTLE CODE d.o.o. upon publication. Any violation or circumvention of this policy will be considered a breach of work duty.
